Is this good?

On squat I measure how far I go down with a low bench under me. I woud upload the video but I can't find out how to do it

so yeah..its excellent minus the smith

Then not really as the Smith makes it way easier. Plus you dont have to stabilize it, and Im almost certain hes not hitting depth with 205. Within a year of hard work he.could legitimately squat 260+.
 
don't worry right now how much you can do. you need to put on weight .. its starts with DIET DIET DIET. and busting your ass in the weight room.. it will take time, its obvious your genetics aren't good.. but it doesn't mean you cannot still excell at lifting and reach realistic goals!

I dont even think it would take a year..and I agree...the smith is useless for knowing how much weight you can really do.

but steve is really spot on...kids skinny :) and needs some weight

I agree Weight gain is the most important aspect at this point for him.
 
Haha thanks. I was shocked by it when I decided to do it. Got my bro to video it and I like to watch it a lot haha.

Anything that keeps you motivated! Don't worry about if it's a lot of weight compared to other people, you're trying to set and break YOUR records and goals. Start a journal tonight and put a date and how much you lift on everything. It's very important for many reasons but also nice to flip through from time to time and see how far you've come!
 
soulthief is spot on...do not worry about other peoples weights at all..ever
you are going against YOU thats it..

I don't lift with any women, only men and if I worried about my weights compared to theirs I'd quit...and I outweigh you by a lot
