don't worry right now how much you can do. you need to put on weight .. its starts with DIET DIET DIET. and busting your ass in the weight room.. it will take time, its obvious your genetics aren't good.. but it doesn't mean you cannot still excell at lifting and reach realistic goals!

Start a journal tonight and put a date and how much you lift on everything. It's very important for many reasons but also nice to flip through from time to time and see how far you've come!
