is this before-after picture for real ?

^^^ it is highly difficult but it can be done.. don't believe me? look at our own PLJ's transformation. he looked like shit before and after he was ready to go on stage or model. this guy you posted had good conditioning prior and he added some hormones and ate like a horse along with possibly some cutting compounds to shed fat. so yes its believable.

PLJ has his cycle up somewhere on here.. he pretty much said he worked out twice a day, ate perfect with 0 cheating.. everything he put in his mouth was muscle food.. BUT plj also had i'm sure great genetics and had experience in the past so muscle memory came into play. .5% of people would be able to copy what he did and have the same results.. hence why he was our transformation champion

now the real question is are those fast results keepable long term? very hard to mantain.. a lot of times you have to take a huge step back when you transform that fast and then start almost over again. the more logical way to transform yourself is over several years slowly and consistently.

Do people really believe in these before after bullshit pics? Its all Photoshopped or done in 2 years. He added 35lb and lost 5% bf in 16 weeks? lolololol, this shit gotta be a joke, or a troll.. Even with a suitcase full of steroid you cant add 35lb muscle and lose 5% bf, its photoshopped..

Remember what your momma told you, if it sound too good to be true, it is..

i cant find his picture. do you have a link on the thread or his picture? working out twice a day is sick!

you weren't here for the transformation contest. look up Peterlumberjacks log and see his progress.. yes it can be done.. but as i already said its a .05% chance. and PLJ looked way worse than this guy the OP is showing us.

btw I myself in my mid 20's lost about 10% body fat and 25 pounds in 5 weeks just by changing my diet. didn't even really do cardio. ran 0 compounds and no AAS. didn't even know what AAS were. so yes anyone can transform their body with a lot of hard work, and discipline

Like Steve said it's possible but a very small percentage of people can do it and an even smaller amount can hold on to the gains.

99% of the transformation pics you see on t.v. are so photoshopped it's not even funny. Some are even taken in the same day! But there are some that are real and that's fuckin awesome.

To me, the picture transformation looks possible, but statistically it is unrealistic. I think the stats were probably exaggerated. Those pics are not of somebody that gained 35 lbs and lost 5% bodyfat. More like a 15 lb difference with a loss of 2-3% bodyfat from what it looks like to me

There's definately a big difference there, however notice the newspapers in the first and second photo, in the first one the shot is overexposed, blowing out both the detail on the paper and the guys body, second pic is better exposed and in the third the guy is full on bronze tanned and oiled up... nonetheless the guy looks to have put on 15-20lbs lean mass, is it possible in one cycle? In my opinion yes, IF THE GUY WAS CLOSE TO THAT BIG PREVIOUSLY.... has a guy gone from pic 1 to pic 3 in a single cycle where pic 1 was the best shape he's ever been in? No chance IMO

Was that a BFL contestant? I think I seen his pictures before. Sure it's possible, you can make huge progress in 16 weeks.
