is this an abscess (pic)

Shot 250mg of test e (first injection second cycle) in my delt. I was kinda flimsy aspirating and moved my needle around. Monday I was fine, Tuesday there was a shit load of pain and I got a fever, Wednesday there was less pain and less fever, Thursday no fever a tiny bit of pain.

Throughout the week it moved from my shoulder to in between bicep/tricep, then went to upper bicep and today u can see it at the mid/lower bicep

Do you think this is an abscess or oil trapped under skin? Should I wait a few more days to see a doc?

neither.. its likely tissue irritation

it will go away after 10 days..

if you go to a doctor all he will do is give you anti biotics and you will go home.. take the antibiotics and then after 10 days you will be better and think it was an infection. infections do not come on after a day like that.

Tissue irritation and oil. Leave it alone and it will be gone in 10 days or so.

if it was a infection it would be in the muscle you jabbed. I had a delt infection it went hot and little swollen had a fever.but pain wernt bad.I gt antibiotics in took two seringies full of puss out.mingin.was off gym for a week and it was better.the pain will go soon mate your muscle needs to adjust to the oil sitting there the more jabs the less pain you get hope this helped.
