Is this a good way to workout?

Im thinking 6-8 reps for 3 sets, then a 4th set with lighter weight and high rep... Would that be better then just normal 3X8(or 6)
 
yeah just make sure you periodize, i change my reps about every 8 weeks and this has been going great for me for a while, i havent plateaued in a while. switch it up from low reps moderate reps, and high reps. also variety in exercise make sure you consider that.
 
what ever works for you. When I change a routine I seem to lose a little strength for a couple workouts and then I start to climb up. Give it 6 weeks.
