I have read so much about how all this expensive ass protein is not necessary... You can get 5lb backs of nonfat milk powder for 6 bucks..

thoughts anyone??

Not anything special about 9 grams of protein for 90 calories and 11 grams of sugar.

So there is no advantage to it, basically still to much sugar.

im looking for a cheap source of protein... i am spending 70 bucks a month on a big bucket of isopure zero carb...

another question for you solidspine... if i drink isopure... should i add carbs to it(dextrose)? with glutamine? and maybe some cee??? i asked around on different boards people ignore this question

should i drink

morning shake
pre workout shake
post workout shake
night time shake

what combos would you use for those?

I use to study this stuff and research everything and discuss it with nutrientist at hospitals,

I do remember isopure zero carb is about the best you can buy for body building.

The other point I was told by most nutrientist is you need your protein from real food not shakes, a couple a day, but the rest must come from real food.

You know that Whey is the way to go for shakes, correct?

yes, i heard you need carbs with it though, dextrose to be specific.. for the insulin spike after you workout.. is that correct?

There are better protiens but then again there are much worse too. I used it for over a year (16 years ago! Divorced 5 BTW!) when I first got married and was broke as hell. That and sugar free Quick.
