You deserve some assitance. Also... two guys... both had girls that got prego and never told them, then came back after they were married and got child support. Guess their husbands talked them into it, either that or reality set in.

I wouldn't fight it, but I wouldn't be to damned happy someone went off and had my offspring and purposely excluded me. That should be a crime, or it should severe all rights to come back at 'any old damn time that pleases them' to get financial assistance.

Granted I didn't know I was pregnant yet, but I don't trust him with a baby. I would rather not seek support, because if I do, I think he would be more likely to seek visitation. I found out he has a history of child abuse. I would not leave him alone with my baby, ever.

As soon as he put in his entrance, I got an email from her... she is backpeddling on sooooo much it's not even funny. It's *THE* D attorney to go to in this city... the shock value alone was worth the retainer.

Most likely the investment has already returned dividens.. just like anything else you take away their moral and their will to fight... and then they just give up and no blood has to be drawn.
