Is it true a person with 7 inch wrist can only weigh this much

I did a calculator and apparently if you take 2 guys both the same height of 6'1.

the 6'1 7 inch wrist can get to 245 lbs, and the guy with 9 inch wrists can get to 275 lbs? even tho there same height.
doesnt seem right cuz i know ppl who are small with bigger wrists..

is this true

just like the size of your feet when you are a kid doesn't dictate how tall you will grow.. these are old wives tales. my dog when she was a puppy had massive paws, everyone said "that dog is gonna be 100 pounds". well she only is 40 pounds at 9 years old. she has big paws cause whatever she inherited from her parents gave her big paws, doesn't mean she would become big.
