Training and eating right is all they do on that show.. Unless you have that kinda dough to get someone to help u out every waking hour.. your not gonna do it hunny
Well if you dont mind losing muscle, though muscle does burn fat, but you wont be losing much fat, mostly water and muscle, soo you'll be a smaller fat guy. Good luck.
Yes, entirely possible and 10lbs a week is possible and goes back to my fat fast question. 1000 clories a day of pure fat divided up with 6 shots of flax seed oil.
Potassium is retained and so not dangerous if followed and I work in cardiology and deal with arrythmias everyday so no need to worry about that. Just discipline! ANd more discipline.
It can be done but honestly the rebound will be so horrific you'll wish you just went on the cruise feeling chunky. PLEASE trust me on this.
I would rather see you take this time and stick by the cleanest diet possible (don't starve yourself - the result is only temporary and the results will stop fairly quickly as well) and w/o as much as you can without burning yourself.
Don't give yourself a # goal but rather make the best of each day up until the cruise.
Well I have one grip about all the responses.. No one ever bothered to ask any more information from Missprettie. While I highly doubt she has a high enough BF % to do it, it is possible. It requires a VERY strict diet and supplements to do this as well as previously drinking very little water and retaining a lot of water (so you can cut the other crap out of your drinking habits and go with water only to lose that water weight)
I personally have lost near 15 lbs in about 11 days. I have been working my butt off for this doing 65+ minutes of intense cardio every day + CKD and ECA, but I also began drinking water and only water where most of my beverage consumption used to consist of Soda. A majority of the weight I've lost so far is water weight, but I am killing the fat too, my LBM is the same as it was before I started this and I am on pace to lose nearly 30 lbs in 1 month. I don't know if I'll be able to do that, but I know losing 15 lbs in 2 weeks is possible, so why not 30 lbs in 5 weeks?
Anyways, that said, I agree fully with what everyone else above has said with the assumption that you do not weigh anywhere near as much as I do or have been retaining as much water as I had been. And as people have said or at least eluded to above, don't even attempt to do this for a quick fix for your cruise, this must be a lifestyle change.
