Is it Lipoflame, or am I sick?

I started using Lipoflame 4 days ago. 4 tabs a day.
As soon as I began taking it, I started getting awful headaches, the runs, and sore throat. My question is: are these normal side effects of the lipoflame? or did I just happen to get sick as soon as I started it? If the former, I'll just ride it out for a bit. If the latter, though, I need to take something for it.

Any details on your diet, any other supps in the mix? Anything unusual with training/cardio?

Water intake? Other fluids?

taper up the dosage, start with 2 tabs ed

headaches= could be your blood pressure. It is also allergy season.

Runs= If lipoflame is the culprit, they will subside, once your body gets used to it. drop your dose. I do better when i dont take it with food.

sore throat= you are probably sick or you know it is allergy season.

i get bad headaches and sore throats while all this fucking pollen is out. Take a claritin.
