I've been told by many that decline is a useless exercise. I myself use to do decline bu stopped after getting no results. Now i do cable crossovers from below... is that the same? Is decline really useless?
i've never heard any power lifters doing decline?? ocassionally i'll do inclined but never on that bench at the gym. i'll allways grap a box or something short and prop up a flat bench for about a 10% incline.
