Is cheese ok?

For rez, milk is obviously a poor choice given the carb restrictions of the diet. For Audacious, who can say?? A 1/4 to 1/2 cup of skim milk is not going to have a big noticeable impact on your fat loss goals. It's all calories, so you just have to factor that in to your overall diet plan. However I find it pretty strange that people want to add milk to their WHEY protein shakes. Seems like overkill. I find a dash of flaxseed oil in my shakes gives them that creamy mouth feel without the lactose and sat fats.

if you are on a low-carb diet eat all the cheese you want..this summer i was ripped as fuck and got ripped by eating bacon, cheese , and buckets of lard...well maybe not buckets of lard, but i was on a low carb diet

If this is the first time you have ever been on a carb restricted diet,

I ask you to consider over-doing the carb cutting right off the bat. With most women I have worked with (not all, mind you) tightly restricting carbs for more than a few days is counterproductive to weight loss. You are better off, in my opinion, cycling/rotating carbs and saving the tight carb restriction to contest prep time. Otherwise, your body thinks you are starving and goes into fat/energy conservation mode. Do a search on leptin and carb rotation diets for more info.

Not everyone is the same, but until you try some other methods of reducing/restricting carbs I would lay off the very low carb restriction diets. Generally, they make you feel out-of-it and spacey too. If you are overly carb sensitive or cutting, very low carb diets do have a place.

Cheese isn't a good choice at all. Most are high in sodium and don't contain "good" fats. Peanut, safflower, flaxseed oils are all a better choice...
