For rez, milk is obviously a poor choice given the carb restrictions of the diet.  For Audacious, who can say??  A 1/4 to 1/2 cup of skim milk is not going to have a big noticeable impact on your fat loss goals.  It's all calories, so you just have to factor that in to your overall diet plan.  However I find it pretty strange that people want to add milk to their WHEY protein shakes.  Seems like overkill.  I find a dash of flaxseed oil in my shakes gives them that creamy mouth feel without the lactose and sat fats.
