Iron

great posts guys... lots of views on it. I think maybe taking a multi w/ iron in the morning followed by a multi w/ no iron at night could be an option worth looking into. But having no iron at all i don't think is such a good idea, as well as too much iron.
 
Very few men are iron deficient

I agree... Also, you probably get some iron from the food you eat, so its not like you'll be completely cutting off your iron intake (that is, depending on what you eat).

Btw, I was at GNC the other day (I know, GNC sucks), and they had a Mega Man multi vitamin that I don't think had any iron in it (might have just missed it). Anyways, it seemed relatively cheap, 120 pills for under $15 if I remember right.
