Please bear with me i have a lot of dumb questions ... THANKS

I have some seriouse questions about these shirts because im going to my first powerlifting competetiton and i dont know which one i should buy???? I saw that there are like 4 diff types. I was thinking wouldnt it be better if i bought the best one for the experienced Pow lifter, so i could get a better result from useing the shirt... im wondering how well do you guys think i will place??
my stats are 5'10 238,i'll be in the junior class.... Bench i did 350 for 2 so im assuming my max should be like 375. With a shirt how much will this help???? and which one should i use??? and what AS's, currently doing 1500 of omnadren on a front loading cycle. Not getting the best results as i thought i would get but im getting a lot of size, i have gotten better results with Fina DMSO. im thinking i should do this 3 weeks before the meet what u guys think? and or pre workout supps should i take before the meet

i suggest the EHPHD right off the bat.you won't get better results going through each level shirt(been there done that)the cheaper shirts aren't worth the money.you will get stronger from training in a good shirt.once you get used to using a shirt, you will end up going with a tighter shirt ,maybe even a double ply.how much you get from the shirt will depend on you,the shirt will work the first few inches off the chest so it will depend where your weak.you will find it will come down to speed and strong tri's to lockout the weight.also, how you will do will depend on who shows at youer meet.as for "gear" i won't comment on that.......

Yes definitly go with a good shirt first. You will be glad you did. As far as how much you will get out of it well that will be up to your tris. A board press will put you kinda in range for that guess. As far as gear i will not comment there , but i will say what you got sounds fine to me. Go with it.

How well you do with the shirt depends on your strengths and how well you adept to it. Virtually everybody gets immediate results, some people just get more than others.

On average a person using a good single poly will get about 10%. If you adept well to the shirt you might get more. The people that have the hardest time with the shirts are people that are so stuck in their ways that they cannot adjust their technique and training.
