Inuslin help

hmm..
what can you recommend for a post shake after the injection?
My inuslin goes for 1 hour very short effective. Should i eat only a half hour after the shake?? or 1 hour?

And what i should notice else for inslin?

Im going tommorow with 7 units

no it doesn't... you have no clue what you are doing and you are gonna kill yourself.. no insulin lasts 1 hour

what are your stats?

Way too many questions for someone already using slin.
I suggest stop using and do your homework before you kill yourself.

Insulin is not somerhing you want to mess with, you can die from it or either become dependent for life from using it.
