Hello, dear élite fitness forum,

because I own at the moment ultrashort-effective Inuslin and I have read very much bout it I would like to begin a cure.

Injections only on training days

Split:

Chest/Shoulder
Legs/Calves
Back / biceps
Rest
SHoulder/triceps
Rest
Whole body


I know the body requires 10-12 grammes carbs for every unit. After the training I inject 10 units and take 15 minut. afterwards a Shake with 100 grammes carbs and 80 grammes of protein contained. Does it matter how many proteins this shakes contains , can i eat so many how i want after the time of the injection?
After the Shake i will eat a meal. Is it better to eat the meal one hour or half an our after the shake and must contain this meal the same nutritions like the Shake?
Would there be still improvement suggestions for the Split or something that i should know for this cure?

the whole point of using insulin is to take advantage of the shuttling nutrients it gives you specifically after a workout so its advantageous to eat high protein and lay off the fat. you want the dextrose to prevent low blood sugar issues. the whole X amount per unit is a bunch of BS and will come down to your own experience.. I have heard all kinds of opinions and everyone is going to be different that's why experience is necessary

I would not recommend insulin for newbs. its just not worth the stress and headache.. only use it if you are competing
 
I agree with Steve insulin very dangerous.. I've used on occasion in past and you btr know what you doing. .. is hit mine 30 min pre workout the pumps are just stupid..

But can i eat so many proteins how i want after the injection? And is it better 1 hour after the shake to eat or half an hour.

Example:

Training 1 hour
Injection ,15 mins later Shake with 100 gr Carbs and Proteins, 45 mins later One meal

Right way?
 
I am an insulin dependant diabetic and I strongly recommend that you don't mess around with insulin if your not 100 percent clued up on what you are doing.

Diabetic guidelines to control blood sugar is 10g of carbs - 1 unit of insulin, but obviously this depends on the person. For me its 1 unit for every 5g of carbs.

Too much insulin and you will get a low blood sugar which you want to avoid, this can also make you gain excess fat (hence why many T1 diabetics are overweight).

To be honest its a lot of trail and error and if you havent done so already invest in a blood glucose monitor so you can keep and eye on your levels and adjust accordingly. Although as I said before I don't recommend using it.

you need to find the best way to use it for yourself. do more homework. generally guys take it the way I described in many posts on here but that's not the only way to do it

do some homework man, search threads. and then if you decide to do it start off low and work your way up.

your shake should contain dex to get your blood sugar rebounded especially if you are a newb at this don't even try and get fancy or you could end up in the hospital

yeah i know that i need 10-12 gr carbs for one unit but how it works when i inject, drink my shake and eat my meal after that. should i wait 30 or 60 minutes after the shake to eat my meal? and must contain the meal the same nutritions like the shake??

hmm..
what can you recommend for a post shake after the injection?
My inuslin goes for 1 hour:) very short effective. Should i eat only a half hour after the shake?? or 1 hour?

And what i should notice else for inslin?

Im going tommorow with 7 units
