I definitely think intermittent fasting can be effective for men...not so much women. Your bodyfat level is probably lean enough to do it-I think it would work even better if you were a bit leaner.
Me, for instance, as a bodybuilder don't know if I could do it. That's a long window to not eat and think I'd get irritable and just downright lethargic if I didn't eat something. I know it does work though if executed correctly. Give it a shot and keep us posted.
