[FONT="]So a couple of months ago i changed my workouts , this was to encourage more intensity to hopefully enhance hypertrophy [/FONT]
[FONT="]1 . Changed range of motion to keep tension on working muscle[/FONT]
[FONT="]2 . Droped down weight on certain stuff to improve form [/FONT]
[FONT="]3 started doing drop down sets and aiming for crazy rep range with no break [/FONT]

[FONT="], how do u guys train ? I was wondering if it would be beneficial to maybe do like 3 weeks of high intensity and 1 week of strength trainging with high weight and rep range of like 5-8 ?[/FONT]
