Intensity & strength routine

[FONT=&quot]So a couple of months ago i changed my workouts , this was to encourage more intensity to hopefully enhance hypertrophy [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1 . Changed range of motion to keep tension on working muscle[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2 . Droped down weight on certain stuff to improve form [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3 started doing drop down sets and aiming for crazy rep range with no break [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot], how do u guys train ? I was wondering if it would be beneficial to maybe do like 3 weeks of high intensity and 1 week of strength trainging with high weight and rep range of like 5-8 ?[/FONT]

I prefer to go through 8 -12 week programs depending on my goals. More recently I was focusing primarily on muscular endurance. I was doing high reps in the 50’s just because I wanted to see how lean I could get from such high reps. Found out your goals and base your programs around that!
