you can get humulin R from any pharmacy in the USA. just ask the pharmacist

i'm sure you are aware insulin is dangerous though if used incorrectly. you can die and plenty have died.

as I said it depends on what insulin you are trying to get. humulin R you don't need a Rx. your pharmacist is a dope. a type 1 diabetic will die if they do not get insulin into their bodies, so to not provide it that pharmacist is an idiot

I'm actually gonna cosign that, to actually die from slin, I feel like you'd have to completely ignore all the warning signs of going hypo. And for those that haven't used it, when you're going hypo, you KNOW. I feel like you'd have to make an active decision to accept your upcoming coma rather than get some sugar in you. Now if you measure wrong, like 5cc rather than 5iu, yeah, goodnight. But at that point, if you're That incompetent, you weren't gonna make it much longer anyway

diabetics and BB's have died from insulin.. its actually an easy way to commit suicide

the BB's that have died were guys who injected and then fell asleep and were found in a coma with their sugar drink sitting on the table.. or ones that injected too much and went into a coma and were rushed to a hospital.

if you choose to use insulin, I would obviously use the short acting version and I would have someone near you for the next couple hours just in case, who can tell a EMT you need sugar stat
