I have used it a couple times during my off season bulk. Makes me huge and fat real quick. Last time I used it, I put on about 25 pounds in 4 weeks. Muscle to fat ratio was probably 60/40.
I started at 2iu and built up to 10iu. Post workout only. Followed by 100 gram of dextrose with whey, then about an hour later 70g of white rice with lean protein, then about an hour later the same.
