so long story short i fucked my wrist and haven't trained upper body for 10 weeks. lost about 20lbs, 217lbs pre injury and currently 198lbs. only been on my trt of 175mg of test e per week the whole time iv been injured.
just getting back into full training, full off season diet again and full supplement regimen.

Doesn't look like you've lost any size, so the weight loss doesn't make sense. Water or glycogen??

iv alays had faily decent lats but something i use to struggle with was lower back thickness which has been coming up nicely. heavy deadlift and rach pulls
 
so here's the leg situation. first time ive trained quads and hams together in like 6 months and im pretty spent. good intense workout though.

thought id track my food today and im eating less than i though but weight is still up nicely around 212lbs.
all carbs are in meal 1 and peri workout. all meals during the day other than that are protein and fat only.

hormones iv upped from trt this week and they currently are
175mg test e per week
400mg deca per week
20mg of superdrol per day
20mg of methylstenbolone per day. orals should start yielding results in the next few days.

only side i ever get from steroids are lower back pumps esp. when using orals and these orals are no exception!
 
Fuck methylstenbolone looks ok besides the fact it pretty much fries your liver if you aren't consuming enough water.
 
less toxic than Sdrol... and im only using 20mg instead of the 40-60 ussually used
 
much better day of eating today. just short of 6000 cals. im 216 in the pm right now and around 210-212 in the am. pumps are much better with the extra food. i dont regularly track food just every once in a while to get a good idea of what im consuming macro and calorie wise.
 
first time benching in about 12 weeks and managed 265 (120kg) for a fairly easy and controlled 5 reps with mininal wrist pain. the rest of the work out was decent and pumps are great. weights around 215-218. im 5 8 and if i had to guess 15-16% bodyfat, i still have a visible 6 pack but im pretty soft in my chest and obliques.
my stats may not seem to impressive but keep in mind im just coming back off an injury and im 16 years old.
 
quick update. orals are kicking in well, strengths up, hit 240kg (530lbs) for a single low bar squat. also weight is up above 100kg for the first time ever in the pm. i was 221lbs post workout

this photo is my current condition, slight leaner than i look due to a rag of hair but oh well. and the 2 photos of scales are weights taken less than 2 years apart
 
Just had a sick back work out, pulled 220kg (485lbs) from the ground for an easy as single but missded 530lbs. strength is nicely up and filling olout nicely around 220lbs.

arms along with chest have always been weak points but here a update anyway
 
y3t week one chest and tris. weight stuck at about 220lbs but strength is still increasing. felt some slight niggles in my wrist from heavy pressing unfortunately.
 
been really sick last 2 days. severly dehydrated, as in orange urine, kidney pain and muscle cramps even though im still drinking water.

weight is down to abour 212lbs been trying to get in protein shakes throughout the day and been eatinf honey on toast as well it feels good!
 
been off the gym now 6 days sick hopefully il be back at the gym tomorrow. wont be restarting orals though until i have finished my antibiotics.

on a side note my sex drive has been annoyingly high and i have a small feeling my deca may actually be test. though im not on an AI or anti prolactin and have had no problems as of yet. getting bloods done once im better so il find out soon.
 
Hey bro. Just popping in for an update. Did you get those bloods drawn? Sickness left you alone yet?

yeah man, back in full swing just had a sick workout and workouts in general are great! weights at 225lbs still got abs.

as for bloods i decided to wait till i finished the orals then get them grawn. will post them as soon as i have them.
 
about to take ciallis and a pre workout and hit my y3t week 3 chest and tris session. weight still around 224. will aim to hit around 235 before switchching conpounds over and cutting back to around 11-12% then cruising for another 5ish months on just hrt test and maybe some peptides and insulin. until i start prep around november next year. goal is to be 190+ on stage at 5' 8.
 
Even with the few roadblocks I'm impressed with your progress. Keep it up and I'm definitely still following. I start my first blast ever in just over a month. The wait is horrible lol.

id reccomend bumping deca to 400mg as i think youll get better results. but enjoy nothing like training in steroids, its amazing!

i did 150 test with 250 deca for a few weeks purely for recovery. i then upped deca to 400 for about 4 weeks and iv just bumped it up to 600.

not true you use an AI and anti prolactin to keep all that under control and all youll beed is a replacement dose of test to maintain function. my sex drive us annoyingly high on this cycle! deca doesnt aromataise much wither but test will so adding higher test will only increase gyno chances. im no even using an AI at the moment.

also 8 weeks is pointless for deca. takes about 6 weeks before it even starts kicking in.
 
Yea it really comes down to the individual. Some do great on low test higher deca, while others do best on higher test, low deca. I just have to assess that for myself. I know some people that have been doing even doses for years and some for decades. So I figured it was a good place to start.

Cali how many cycles have you ran before this? Is there a reason you aren't using an a it prolactin like caber? Should be addressed while on deca. Also, I would suggest the minimum timeline be 10 weeks for deca, but 12 will be ideal. I'd say run it 12 and run then test for 14. And why no clomid on your pct?

y3t week 3 leg day was insane. all super sets, drop sets and giant set. had the most painful leg pump ive ever had. finished with a 100 rep rest pause set on leg press
 
update, weight tonight is 227lbs.
strength is good. hit the 120s on flat dbell press for 6 reps on 3 hours sleep and only 1 meal (trained early, ussually train at night) gotta love test suspension!

been really lethargic last 3-4 days which i think is my body getting toxic from the orals which i have 3-4days left. im also getting bloods drawn tomorrow.
 
what a typical off season meal looks like.
4 white potatoes (about 80g carbs)
1 whole chicken breast (about 60g protein)
1.5 tbs of olive oil (25g fat)
sauce of choice
enough greens to maintain some decent health but not to much so that they make me too full, i hobestly only have greens in 1-2 meals a day.

il eat this or something similar 4-5 times per day with 2-3 shakes a day consisting of WPI, skim milk powder, banana, egg, honey, oats, cinamon, PB and 2% milk. i mix and match depending on what i want.

daily i hit around 5000 cals coming from around 350-400g protein, 500-600g carbs and 175ish grams of fat. with a cheat meal on chest day (e5d)

on rest day i do zero carbs and take 850mg of metformin twice to maintain insulin sensitivity.

i was eating lower fat and splitting fats and carbs into different meals (carbs am, pre and post) but having a higher total carb intake than i currently do and lower fat but i decided to change this to the plan i am currently on and have dropped a little and look a bit leaner whilst still adding weight and strength increasing, no real signs of insulin sensitivity dropping to much. been on this new diet for about 3 weeks.
 
i change carb sources around (rice, pasta, yams etc) and same with protein (beef, kangaroo, eggs)
 
That's a lot of food per day! I see your weight has gotten back to peak. I'll be spending the next 2-3 weeks in a deficit to tighten up a bit more before hitting a bulk.

yes a lot of food! will continue on this for another 3 or 4 weeks then do a 10 or so day mini cut to reset myostatin and regain some insulin sensitivity that will inevitably lost when eating so many carbs. as well as clean up some of the fat that has been accrued.

i have about 11 weeks left on deca and then blood work will decide if i cruise until my prep or i extend the cycle another 6-8 weeks with tren a and recomp/cut a little bit then cruise until i start prep. will all depend on how the body is at the end of the day.
 
hit 5 plates a side (220kg) for 6 sets of 6 tonight during y3t week 1 leg day

screen shot of the depth i squat too, i struggle to go much lower now with where my insertions are esp when using wraps.
 
had fasting bloods done this morning should have results in a week.

got: thyroid stimulating hormone, fasting glucose, liver function, kidney function, lipid profile, haematocrit, total testosterone, free testosterone, oestrogen, prolactin, progesterone, sex hormone binding globulin, igf1, hgh, electrolytes and cortisol
 
Without being rude or disrespectful, you don't look exactly 230lbs. Nevertheless great physique
 
im about 223-234am and 225-227pm and even though im 4inches shorter than you i can see 20lbs that i have on you between back, legs and some fat
 
though your not the first person who has said i dont look my weight and i kind of agree that with my structure i need to put on and extra 10-15lbs on most guys to look the same size
 
Not an issue tho, you're lean and for whatever reason you weigh more isn't a content. Bone structure maybe?
 
my Mates tell me im a lot more impressive imperson last few weeks I've had a few randoms at the gym ask what I'm taking. yeah im naturally very wide through the shoulders and my legs and back are my best parts hence why my weight is so high
 
weight is down at 225 but im looking leaner and bigger than at 227.

off all orals now. will spend the next 2ish weeks with carbs only around my workout to regain as much insulin sensitivity as possible and get ready for an IGF and slin run (probably)

getting tonnes of complements about how big im getting and the weight i can move. even off orals i hit 4 plates a side on deep squats for 15 reps. all in all going really well
 
weights still coming down, about 219am and 224pm

still getting rounder and looking full though. long esters are really kicking in now. hit 100lbs dumbbells on shoulder press for 6 or so reps with no suspension or anything pre workout
 
well my deca is fake! definatly testosterone as mu levels cam back at 144 on a scale of 10-35 on apparently only 150mg of test. so im basically just on 750mg test e then.
 
liver was just about fine esp. considering i just dropped my orals, kidney perfect. hdl slightly low, ldl slightly high and blood counts all perfect.
 
shbg was very low for some reason estrogen was high so il start on arimidex 0.25 eod
 
may cut it back to around 15-16 weeks now depending on how im going and keep my test at 750mg. i had a feelinh it was fake cause i wanted to root anything that walked and i wasnt getting any joint relief from it
 
anyway my pre workout routine looked like this today

1hr pre
60mg of test suspension

45mins pre
2 cups of oats with a little sugar
250g of trimmed steak

at gym pin 5iu of novorapid/humalog

intra workout
35g dextrose
35g multodextrin
10g creatine
10g taurine
10g bcaa
10g eaa

post workout

50g whey iso
20g dextrose
20g multodextrin

best pump ever! it was like watching myself inflate! will continue using insulin every 5 days or so with chest only as its a week body part until last 4 weeks of cycle where i will add igf and insulin in.

ps i DO NOT reccomend insulin unless you are well educated and have a training partner who knows youre using it.
 
back eating carbs round the clock and adding in slin, igf and t4 for the next month. since adding an ai ive dropped 4-5lbs of water and am sitting around 218am and 223pm looking more respectable again. lets keep pushing!
 
30mg of suspension in each quad 1.5hrs pre

5iu of humalog 5 mins pre

3iu humalog just prior to finishing wo

33mcg of igf1 lr3 10mins post wo.

hit 5.5plates a side (240kg/530lbs) for 6 fucking deep reps on squats. strength is fucking insane!

sitting at 219am and 224ish pm. much harder for me to gain weight at this stage. time to up food more i guess 😷
 
having a few days off training to let some niggles heal up and il be back at it.

also slin has degraded pretty rapidly with the heat. 12iu feels less than 5iu when i first started. shot 11iu in the morning and waited to go hypo and barely went that hypo.

fasting glucose as last blood was 4.4 so slin sensitivity is still decent esp. considering ive been bulking over 10 moths now
 
havent strained pretty much at all other than a good bit of cardio purely for health in 2 months. lost nearly 40lbs in this time but have dropped 3% or so bodyfat and a lot of size. on close to 0 carbs to get as insulin sensitive as possible and low cals to try get my appetite back. on 150mg of test e a week and mt2.

lost 3.5inches on legs and just under 2 inches on arms

here are current leg and back shots. keep in mind with legs i am doing up to 90mins cardio per session!
 
Both pretty awesome photos Bigorse. I was wondering when you were going to update. I've neglected legs for a while to attempt to heal some shit up. But I think this week I'm hitting them back. I think I'm just going to focus a little harder to get back to where my form was before and that should help.

I actually had to switch it up. I am starting week 3 of a new cycle with a new source for me. The first stuff I was using was shitty and wasn't going anywhere. So in a week or two I will add dbol (I'm going to blood test his sust solo). And ride the rest of the blast out. Hopefully he saved me from the shittiest first blast ever lol. But once it gets going, I'll update.

thats sucks man! but ive been there as you know. ug stuff can be shady but its part of the game!
 
Getting the bone removed surgically on friday so I'll be back in business soon!
Currently about 195lbs 12% at 5 8. Had about 8 months off lifting upper and on and off legs.

Will train on hrt and otc supps for a few weeks then im hoping on

I've been reading a bunch about k2. Seems to help everything overall. Have you used it before?

All health supps i stay on year round pretty much so yes i have used k2 before and all i can say is my blood work is good, could be many things.

Using tren last 10 weeks so will start week 6-8 and drol will probably only be for 4 weeks depending on how fast i taper up the dose
 
Training and strength coming back to a respectable levels. Starting to fill out since adding carbs back in but holding my body fat around 12% at 200lbs
 
"I woke up like this" look after adding carbs and training for the last 2ish weeks. A little soft from too many carbs but it could be worse sitting at 200lbs 5' 8.
 
Pre cycle Blood work came back and i am literally the healthiest i have ever been in terms of blood work. First time my liver has ever been completely within range even before using gear.
I dropped my protein a little when i wasn't training and did a keto diet. I also stayed on all health supps and it seems to have done mea world of good.

Recently upped test to about 300mg per and will be adding eq in, in a few days and anadrol in about 2 weeks
 
My hrt dose i dropped right down last few weeks too, 50mg 2x per week and test test levels came back at 600ng/dl
 
Great news on the blood work. I get mind done either this Monday or next. Then it's blast off for me.

My hand/arm still feels fucked up. Giving it a little more time then I'm goring to push through it. Not sure what the deal is.
 
Bang back the eq for a while and lay off the drol and tren would be my advice. Dont want to gain a bunch of strength whilst injured and the small amount of water plus increased collagen synthesis from eq will do you a world of good.

Could always drop drol for 6 weeks of npp instead?
 
Id start eq as planned and just wait and week or 2 to add your drol in, gives extra time for eq to build up and wont shoot your strength through the roof
 
Killer leg workout.

Got under 405+90lbs in chains for 3 good sets of 8 on back squats and smashed out plenty of volume elsewhere
 
Back is probably the only muscle i am struggling to train properly, mind muslce connection is still off. Had a few days of shit food followed by 0 carbs today so im a little watery and flat but heres an update anyway. 200lbs
