Not sure why they called, but I suspect either a shipping problem, out-of-stock, or to solicit further biz. It's none of their biz if you have a sideline biz anyway.

LOL!! It was not a problem.. they did ask if I was a Dr. or if I was ordering for one, but she checked and realized that I am in a state where it is legal to purchase syringes/needles. They have alot of cheap stuff too!! 200 alcohol prep pads for $0.99.
