Karla Homolka was sentenced to 12 years firm (plea bargain since she tesified against Bernardo). Paul Bernardo on the other hand got 1st degree murder AND was declared dangerous offender which means he'll most likely never get out of jail....

I'm sure he'll launch appeals, get media on his side, get a retrial, plea-bargain, whatever. Even that beheading guy on the bus got off with insanity, and will be out on the streets within a year! And Canadian jails are like 3-star hotels dude! They even get porn and conjugal visits!

In the US, he'd be at Quentin til he died. btw kids, if you wanna kill someone, drag them up to Canada and do it there (assuming mexico isn't an option). Only an idiot would commit a murder down here.

Provincial-state prisons are a joke indeed but federal prisons are hell (anything over 2 years is federal anyway). And unfortunately, that HIV dude only got the homo crowd and AIDS group to back him. The media wont side with him, not with an african. Damn we're still racist lol
