Any honest strait man would admit that it would be as bad among American heterosexuals if women where as willing to have sex as they are and pregnancy were not an issue.

the typical health and constitution of those populations in developing countries is considerably below western standards
and there's a mindset "overthere" to have as many offspring as possible so that 2 of 9 survive
it's completely apples and oranges to compare poor underfed populations to western norms
