i was under the impression that if you lost alot of fat % that you would feel weak. how would you go about losing alot of fat with out strength?
cuz you couldnt cut vary many calories out of your diet if you want to keep your strength.
 
Take 2 identical athletes with identical stats. Put one at 4% bodyfat and one at 10+%. The 10+% athlete will be stronger everytime.

If you have a clear 6-pack, your body is in a catabolic state.
 
depends on how the 6 pack was gained,

if its by diet then yes it can be catabolic, but if its by exercise like sprints, then no

sprinters are able to bulk up and then retain their squats/clean strength as they lose muscle mass/weight, just because of their training methods, body becomes its function.
