i dont want 6 packs and i dont want to have more muscle. i just want to have strong abs so that i can do human flag. dragon flag . full planche. handstand etc...

not: i already have ab muscle but the more muscle i have the more fat i get on belly which is very annoying.

stats. been lifting for 3 years
24 years old
have been doing 5x5 strenght exercise for almost 3 months

Everything you are addressing here is a matter of diet. You won't build muscle if you don't hit bulking numbers including 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. If your adding fat on the exterior of your abs, it is because you are taking in more carbs than you are burning and perhaps eating too much fatty calories.

Have you been doing the SL 5x5 program? What are your current weights on the exercises?

bench press 70 kg 8 rep 4 set
squat 108 kg 9 rep 3 set
deadlift 85 kg 5 rep
dips 7 rep
chin up 6 rep
other isolations 5 to 8 rep

i am doing my best to do 5 x 5 but its always more than that. my strenght doubled in 3 months i couldnt even do half of those above before. i am increasing weight and decreasing rep as much as i can. i hurt my back and legs and fingers so i am not doing too heavy.

i dont wanna do diet. i simply want to get stronger and have a normal diet

"normal diet"? If you want to change your physique eating the right amount of calories from the correct sources is mandatory. You can get stronger without gaining weight, within reason, but without a scientific approach to your food intake, you won't get definition.
