Good for you, I can only get 225 twice I was afraid to say because compared to my friends I'm the weak one, and most of the gust on here say they can do 225 7-10 times
My reward system is clanking the bigger weights on the bar. I love taking off those 25 pounders and clanking the 35 pounders and so on. I bet You can't wait until next chest day. Eat a shit load of real food protein and I garantee you'll go up a rep or two.
damn.. i cant even do 225.. good job bro.. i have done 195.. but i am geneticly weak.. when i first started working out i could only do about 95lbs.. laugh i know i am weak, but my legs are verry strong..

otherwise, I don't even count putting up 225 for real, since I had a spot the whole time. it was pure havok on my part, especially my arms. but, it was impressive for me to put up that amount of weight, even though assisted. now, I just have to work on my arms since they are the weak link on my bench, and in general....
try changing your routine and doing alot of low reps so u can build up power try looking at the power lifting board for some info.
I always do inclines first because they give u a biggger look when your upper cheast is devolped.
