Yeah guys reporting back now that week 6 is finishing.
Weight has gone up 4.5kg now strength went up the roof (from benching 120kg twice to 130kg twice) and in the beginning of week six I just woke up looked at the mirror and BOOM, perhaps it was mental thinking I'm not progressing, though I didn't say there was no gains, if you look at the op I already had gained 1,5kg. But just didn't notice it in the mirror. Talked to a few guys who used susta and researched threads and alot of people have reported back that they didn't notice gains till week 7. So everything is cool gyno is out the window the nolva killed it, now continuing with adex. And diet has been clean and strict as f**k. Oats, rice, meat, tuna, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese and vegetables haven't had anything else for 6 weeks.
