When I had my mobile detailing business going in Houston i had 9 parking garages that I had shops set up in. # of those were ran by white guys and the others were ran by 3 black guys(they can clean a car btw). The white guys had great sales and always passed the "amI stealing test." this is when i would send a friend over to get a detail. the guys would give me the reciepts at teh end of the day and these plants were always there.

On the other hand the black guys would never inclusd the $150 detail paid in cash. The would pocket the cash everytime. I did this twice a month. For two months I kept track of this and had the recipets they gave the "customer" Called all three of them into my office and confronted them. They denied it but when I pulled out the proof some played the black card and others took off running with my equipment.

Or try being a cop without prejudice. That kind of idealism doesn't last long on the force, even for the black cops.
