In chronic pain for a year, desperate need help please

Hi everyone, I'm not sure where to even start with my story, I've been a member of elitefitness for a year or two, have read many many threads of other people having problems. I've had chronic pain for over a year now that started with my elbow and knee.
I've been very uneasy about posting a thread about my problems, after seeing multiple doctors and finding no answers, I really don't know what to do.
My problems started a little over a year ago when i decided to do a cycle of oral hdrol to put on more size. Towards the end of my cycle my elbow was swollen on the outside everyday and it got to the point where i couldn't bend it. After my cycle, i was using the pct recovery stack that i found on the forums here. I stopped lifting upper body to hopefully let my elbow heal. During pct, i was just lifting legs, and during a hack squat, at the bottom of the lift, i went to push off and i heard a pop on the outside of my left knee. Immedietly my knee began to swell up slightly.
I then stopped working out altogether, and my knee seemed fine after the swelling went down, but i would still have pain when trying to lift legs.
After a few months, i decided to get prolotherapy injections in my problem areas, having read about it online and seeing that many people had great results. For those of you who are unaware of what prolotherapy is, its multiple sessions of injections that help speed up healing in tendons and ligaments that normally do not get good blood flow.
I have been getting those injections up until a few weeks ago. I have seen significant improvement in my elbow, shoulder, wrist and knee, but it seems like although my elbow doesn't swell anymore, my wrist keeps cracking and my shoulder now hurts and feels extrememly stiff and hurts when i move it. My knee also swells up when i take a hot shower or when im in warm temperatures too long.

Im sorry that if your reading this it seems like me rambling on about this, but I have been in excruciating inflammation pain for over a year now, my right arm and left leg have atrophied compared to the rest of my body because I am unable to do anything anymore.

If anyone has any suggestions or anything, I can not describe how appreciative i would be. The solutions I have been thinking of lately are a combination of things. Needto was nice enough to send me forged joint repair and skeletal balm, which i have started to take a few days ago. I was also thinking about trying alflutops. And finally, possible doing a cycle of some type of test, I live in new jersey and i know a lot of people who do testosterone, and never have any pains like i have been plagued with. Some people have suggested i try real test, but i am reluctant to do anything without knowledge. Again thank you to anyone who reads this.

Also, I would like to be more descriptive in what i am going through at this point. My knee feels very good when I am outside in the cold weather, but as soon I am inside for too long, or i take a hot shower, It seem like the tendons that run from my thigh over my knee cap get thicker and make my knee swell up, get red and hot to the touch. When that happens i can not stand on it at all. It feel like my knee is on fire, literally.

My prolotherapist has been injecting my right elbow, shoulder and wrist as well. When i try and lift anything, like a gallon of water, or close my car door, I have pain that runs from my shoulder into my elbow and down into my wrist. My elbow no longer swells up because the prolotherapy has helped. But I can roll my fingers in my shoulder and feel all the tendons, they feel thicker then on my good shoulder. Another thing i would like to add is that my arm also feels much better out in the cold temperatures like my knee does. Like I said, no doctor has any idea whats wrong with me, and my prolotherapy doctor has only been injecting my problem areas, but he himself as also told me that he does no know the exact cause. Thank you

thank you needto, your one of the only people who has supported me and im very thankful.

Hopefully these two pictures load so that anyone who reads this can see somewhat where im talking about the pain and swelling comes from in my knee. The first picture is of me sitting down and the second one is of me standing, the pain seems like its coming from a ligament that is right next to the patella tendon. It also seems that the pain travels up the side of my knee to my quad, because theres a tendon or ligament at my quad to the knee that is a lot thicker than on my good leg, and you can roll it around with your finger.

have you gotten x-rays bro?

I do not usually like to read anything, but after I got to hear about your articles from my friends, It instigated me to read and now I know that my friends were true and I am happy to have followed what my friends said to me.This artical looks very good

i actually got x rays done two days ago at the rothman institute in pa. They came back fine, also got an mri yesterday. Have an appointment with my doctor to go over it tomorrow. Whatever the problem is im probably going to get PRP done and then rehab it at the institute. Thanks for your support need2.

Guess Physiotherapy will help you. May be your doctor can suggest you the same. All the best. Happy healing.
