well to be honest i've been working out for 7 months now and i have seen gains, but they arent that significant. ive gone from 120lbs to a decent 160lbs now but i still look tiny compared to my buddy who juices. He went from 130lbs to a big 180lbs now and hes huge, his gains went through the roof. the lack of gains or rather slow progress ive been seeing in myself have put me down mentally. my weight gains are slowing down but im still dedicated. my goal is to reach 180lbs by 5 months but i dont think thats possible at the rate im going now.
