I use both blender and the stick thing. i never get an upset stomach, and usually I use milk when I'm bulking. 2 cups of whole milk plus 2 scoops of n-large 2, 1 heaping scoop of g-plenish, 1 tblsp of flax seed. if i'm hungry i'll eat 30 minutes later. it's all in your heads.
