I'm Ready. Determined. But I Need To Know How.

Not at all. Both supps serve a different purpose. Pre workout for energy and focus. Creatine to build mass. Makes a great combination. There is a little creatine in the n2kts but you will be fine with both bro.

Don't try any fat burners or stims - they should be saved until you hit a natural plateau. Creatine and Whey, I'd agree on, as well as the 5x5 - it works. Dial your diet in and training - there is so much good advice on these forums you really can't go wrong - until you get so confused you don't know what to do :) It's pretty simple - good diet, good exercise = big and ripped :)

Oh yeah - avoid GNC, they will rape your wallet. You can buy much better/cheaper products online - and get honest reviews.

You said you can go workout at least 2-3 times for 2-3 hours - I'd change that to 5 times per week for 1-1.5 hours, if at all possible. It's actually easier, for me anyway. If you can split it up, even better. I lift in the morning (6:00am) and do cardio after work (6:30pm or so).

Nobody wants to run 2 miles after doing deads or squats, cuz your legs are already toast - it's too exhausting. After a protein shake and 4 meals, bring it! Just my humble opinion here :)

Sounds good man. Ordered both last night. Thanks for the help. I also purchased some Whey Protein powder.

Good advice man. Ill try that out then. Instead of Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday for 2-3 hours ill go Sunday,Monday, Tuesday, Wed, and Thur for about an 1 1/2.

That sounds like a pretty damn good plan :) Let us know how it works for you. I've always found shorter intense workouts allow me to recover faster and get stronger, quicker :)
