I'm overweight, HELP me lose weight!!!

Ok so I am 5'11" 275 lbs. Always an atheletic bug guy. Been abusing my body past 5 years or so since married and havig first child. Gained a lot of weight. I was very happy at 230 lbs so I'd like to lose atleast 50lbs.

So what do I need to do? Diet, exercise, weight training, fat burners, gear???? Can you give me your opinions please and how long am I looking at to do get this accomplished?

oh btw I have been in the gym 5-6 days a week last couple weeks hitting 25 mins cardio and then about another 25-30 minutes high rep low weight weight training. I have changed my eating habbits to be better but still need improved. I eat atleast 4 meals a day alot of protein and no eating late at night anymore.
 
go cardio for a week...get a weight loss training program that suits you...don't settle for fat burning caps...i don't believe it works...
 
What's your age? Maybe get some bloodwork done and form a plan from there. Gear is the last thing you need at this point,but you may benefit from TRT I know I did.
 
Eat a small meal every 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours and do cardio once or twice a day. Make sure to eat less than your body burns. I gurarentee if you do this you will lsoe weight. the harder you work in the gym with cardio the faster you will lose weight.
