So, stupid title, but given my nickname, let's do a little irony on it
I have a problem: I feel I'm not eating as much as I should. I work (waiter) on lunch and dinner, so I eat one hour before usual (11.30 morning, 6.30-7 evening). Sometimes, I eat four times after breakfast (before/after going to work at lunch, before/after going to work at dinner). But sometimes I just eat a little.
No idea why, it happens that maybe one hour after breakfast I'm hungry, then it just disappears, or I don't feel hungry anymore after I ate a little something. Or, my mood interferes with my appetite, which means that I feel full by just eating a little portion of "something". Then, four hours later, I feel again I'm hungry (while I'm about to sleep, maybe).
This drives me a little crazy.
