I'm gonna up the carbs

Ok so the past four weeks i've been doing a 50/25/25 (protein carbs fat)
at the time i was injured and not training as hard as I could and was making progress fat loss wise
now i'm gonna be training more regular and for the most part twice a day and I'm gonna switch to a 40:30:30
now, i've always been a bit somewhat insulin insensitive and i am finding getting rid of stubborn fat a real hard game so do u think a 40:30:30 would be advisable or should i stick to 50:25:25 (admitdely 50% protein is hard to get every day)

40/30/30 and 40/40/20 are both good options depending on how much you carb crave, if you are insulin sensitive than try to eat as many of the carbs at Low GIs, except post workout, and if you do 40/30/30 try to divide your meals into categories of protein/carbs or protein/fat......this seemed to help me a lot.

I honestly don't see that there would be a whole lot of difference between the two. I am not very carb sensitive so my advice probably isn't worth anything on this one anyway. Good luck man.
