a thiamine shot or tell your physician, ask for an EEG, Korsakoff waves are easily noted on those, plus you get to see if you actually still have brain activity, it's sort of a peace of mind deal yo
Either way, the syndrome is not likely given that you are posting on the net coherently.
If you get drunk make sure to go to Bonanza or Sizzler allucan eat salad bar and eat good healthy foods. Not sure if Bonanza has lots of granola offerings but thats what you need (to become a hippy)

Get your b vitamins through foods not pills
