I'm 27, I have been lifting for 7 years and I beleive I have maxed out my body naturally.
Here are my stats:
6' 0
210lbs
12% body fat
I can gain about 10 more pounds watching what I eat but not much more. My goal is to be under 10% bodyfat and 235lbs any recommendations?
