to eat or not eat for 15 hours.. well I chose to eat.. maybe not the best choice.. but I was in a fit of rage and almost late for work.

If you are bulking you should eat more red meat. It's got like twice as many cals as chicken. Just get lean ground beef or lean sirloin.
 
Damn..I feel ya. A couple years ago I was making 2 chix breast and salad before I went to class, it took longer to foreman the chix than I thought and I ended up having about 5 minutes to eat it. I chowed that shit down, my roommates were waiting for me because we were riding to class together. I came out of my room to go and immediately felt dizzy.

I ran back to the bathroom and puked up everything I just ate. I had hardly chewed the chicken and that was some painful shit coming up. I felt better in like 20 seconds tho and made it to class :)

What a wasted effort tho :rolleyes:

i feel you bro same shit happened when i was eating tuna 2 summers ago.

icant eat canned tuna anymore.

but i was eating it down got to 1/4th of the can was left, and i chokedo n a piece and just puked it all up.

being the hardcore mofo i am i went downstairs, got another can, and started over. fuckin agony.

and mus1cjunk1e, i eat around .8 lbs of redmeat a day, but for the other meals i cant always be having red meat because of too much fat in them

When I first read that I thought you said you eat 8lbs of red meat a day not .8 llbs LOL. I had to do a double take.
 
The 93/7 lean ground beef has almost no fat in it. I guess it probably still has a lot more than lean chicken but its not bad. But then again I'm an ecto so a little extra fat never hurt me.
