Yeah they are very static. If you fell the tension spread to your lower back then you need press lower back down and tuck your butt up some. This should concentrate all the tension on your lower abs.

wouldnt you kinda want the pressure in your back as well, i imagine it's strenghtening the lower back too? It's a good all around lower torso workout, i used to do them in tang soo do classes like 10 years ago.
 
LOL people helloooooo, surely you dont think i have that low selfesteem that i think im ugly? I'm just letting the looser (extreme8heart) hear what he wants to hear. I wasnt about to say "no im not ugly, you are" and go crying off.

you really cant see much difference huh? well the difference is about 4,4 pounds..
