I wear casual gclothes i guess. A little sporty. Jeans or some pants like the ones in the picture. A tshirt and a loose sweater. Nothing fancy. yeah everybody tells me to get out more. And i keep telling them that i dont care for that.

Yeah they are very static. If you fell the tension spread to your lower back then you need press lower back down and tuck your butt up some. This should concentrate all the tension on your lower abs.
i think i better do them on a bench, lying on the end of it, cuz i got a hard as rock ass, when i lay on my back that way my lower back aint even touching the ground cuz of my ass.
