there are numerous ways to loose the weight
pick a diet and go with it. Do something you know
you can stick with. There are a lot of different
diets on these posts, just look around and keep asking
questions. to be healthy is a way of life and you
have to comit to it forever. if u want to just drop weight
and think u can go back to eating like shit yer wrong.
it is a life long goal and you need to set your priorities straight
it will take time and you dont need any drugs or supplements.
get the basics frist then by supplements because if u dont
do diet and weightlifting/excercise first then the supplements
will just be a waste of money and there is no magic way of doing it at. weightlifting some cardio you can deal with and a healthy diet are the keys to success. the more muscle you have the more easy and faster you will drop weight as the weightlifting will achieve this. excercise will burn calories and will speed up your metabolism throughout the day. eat smaller meals preferibly around 6 meals for best fat lost and eat real foods, stuff from the earth i mean if you really think about it what the fuck is all this garbage we eat? allow yourself one day out of the week to eat what you want, and as you progress you will not have the urge to eat shit like you were before. when u start u will see drematic results but u gotta keep it up to keep it off.
