Hey guys, I have a question about the combo of IGF-1 LR3/ MGF stack I am about to start. I plan to run both for 6 wks, not shooting either one more than 4 times per wk. have seen in my research that IGF-1 LR3 can be pinned where the user pleases (glutes, delt, quads), hte MGF however, should be pinned in the muscle worked (immediately post-workout). Then wait an hour and pin the IGF-1 LR3. So it would run like this:
Monday: Chest/ Tricepts (pin half dose MGF in pec Sunday night) then pin other half dose immediately post workout. Wait an hour and pin full dose of IGF-1 LR3.
I plan to run 40-60mcg IGF-1 LR3 4 x wk.
and 200mcg MGF 4 x wk.
Anybody with some input would be great. Thanks in advance.
