Well, this will be my third cycle. My first two put me at 235 w/ 12-13% bf after one year and i'm only 5' 11". The major problem was (check my other threads and PLEASE let me know if you can tell what I did wrong) that although I'd spoke with my trainer, a nutritionist, and fellow bodybuilders, I could not find a way to cut up correctly. Whenever I went to cut up (Jan 15 or so of 2004) initially I lost mostly fat and was down quite a bit. But then, I started losing "weight" instead of fat. My nutritionist, trainer, and even the guys I trained with looked at my diet and All agreed it was VERY good. But oh well. I guess some people will always be small but ripped and others will always be big, but smooth. But back to what I was saying.... My first cycle was Test @ 250/500 and deca @ 300 for 10 wk. Then I went to Test 500 and EQ 400 for 12 wk. Both were a success, however I was like everyone else, thinking I would BLOW UP when in actuality, I just learned how to diet right and add mass. But if you can let me know what I should do when I lean up @ the midway point of all of this, PLEASE let me know. I'm not one of those assholes that gets pissed when people try to help.
