The meal I would miss would be breafast since I dont work out till the afternoon. and Work out I wouldn mind missing is abs since my shit is always on point due to genes
I've been eating at 6, 9, 11, 2, 4, 6, 9, 11....I COULD miss a meal but it can't be dinner since I need the fuel for my after-dinner workout. I love food and I love workouts. I don't see why I would have to sacrifice one or the other though.
