none of the above, i would choose to do power cleans, they involve more muscles than the above choices.if i had to choose one of those, it would be deadlifts, i love deadlifting.
I can get 420lbs up for 2 reps now.
i would have to say tricep kick backs or maybe the hip abductor machine. i didn't really start getting BIG until i incorporated both of these movements into my training.
