i don't know for sure but when i was a rower, we rowed 2 hrs in the morning and 2hrs at night 5x a week. i got some crazy muscles and i gained 10lbs of lean muscle. btw i'm female.

Yet I have another question:
If I pump weights, THEN do 30 mins cardio, when should I eat?
60 mins after or IMMEDIATELY? Why?
I know that after lifting weights it should be immediately, and after cardio about 60-90 mins later. So what about if both are together (weights and cardio) at the same time?
