People keep tellin me cause I aint got weights its going to be incredibly hard to gain mass definition a yes but I need resistance apparently so cause I moved countries and my house isnt finished yet I cant set up my home gym yet so for now I need to do some exercises to keep fıt so can anyone help me with this list of what I can do for now
