For example say gear was gone for good, guys who have been to the top and back
What supps and other stuff would you do?> NO GEAR OF ANYKIND, NO FINA, ANYTHING

Must be supps/protien/creatine ect
 
The same thing they did before gear. Train harder and eat steak and eggs.
Of course there supps are more advanced today so my guess is that guys would still looks better than than they did back then. (Though Sandow was pretty ripped).

I would start an Oxycontin habit. Why not feel good all the time and watch some crazy hours of TV? You can learn some big time shit on the Discovery Channel and have a killer buzz at the same time. Also if you are lucky, then you can get some porn on the Disney Channel just like what happened up in New Jersey.

Probably search the world for some of that original Met-Rx that came in two different containers and become a guineau pig for some old school eastern bloc scientists that haven't let go of the cold war era.

I think that kind of supplementation would keep me basically where I am on HRT. But instead of taking some shots every so often, I'd be one of those geeks who spends a car payment each month on supps.
 
All of these are basic for the best results. Top priority supplements. 5 out of 5 stars for effectiveness.

Protein
Creatine
Glutamine
Leucine (BCAA)

These supps benefit certain kinds of people.

Natural test boosters-benefit older people better, around the age of 30 and up, but a kid already has high testosterone, so they can expect little to no benefits.
HMB-benefits kids or people who have no experience under there belt, anotherwards the more years you have worked out, the less it will help you.


these next supps are very effective but they are not beneficial to building muscle, because you can get them from your diet at a quick enough rate. Don't get me wrong, these should be used to build muscle, but they are in no way compared to creatine, protein or glutamine.

this next supp is great, i love it, can't find a category for it, but that doesn't mean it's less effective, it works and is very safe. You just need to find a product with it that has a more direct pathway into NO(nitric oxide) and little great helpers like Citrulline, pycnogenol, american ginseng, and vitamin C.

Arginine

ANd last i had to put this in a category of it's own . . . a 10 out of 5 stars.

AAS- the most effective, but precautions taken on every cycle.
 
Whats the deal with HMB, i have some bros who have been around who dose it high and compare it to light prim o or decca is there any truth here> I take all those other supps love

With that said, i'd take leucine (BCAA) with it, but that's just an idea, don't know if it helps any.

I've heard in muscle and fitness magazines from newer bodybuilders that it is more effective if you haven't been training for years. The longer you've been training the less effective it will be, but it's not a bad idea to try it. The only down side is it's very costly. They want $$$$$ for it.

If your competing and are looking for every possible edge you can get, i'd try it, but creatine, protein, glutamine, and leucine are king.
 
C'mon people where is the ole' American spirit?? If these things were taken away, WE MAKE IT from raw materials! I don't know how but one way or another we find the way to create the raw powders from natural and chemical sources!

Probably cities have grown too much. Out in the country rarely you say "I need to buy this"; Usually you say "I need to make this".
 
i have been looking up HMB na d Im finding conflicting reports

On some boards some say high doses are like light primo or decca

I DIDNT SAY THAT , I READ THAT

I just want some real feed back
