MANY OF US TOOK AN OATH TO NOT REPLY TO ANY OF HIS THREADS! He does not exist to us. Why are you guys posting here? He is not going to listen, and he will just ask the same questions over and over again, as he is currently doing. We have wasted hours typing out advice to him, which he never takes. He asks the same questions over and over, analyzes our advice and some of use have typed mutiple advice replies over two screens long. He NEVER takes any of it. Don't waste you time.

What type of mental disorder do think he is suffering from?

It sounds like personality disorder, but I haven't seen him enough to be sure.

We were discussing this on yahoo the other day... I think he has some type of personality disorder, but saying which one it difficult without actualy meeting him offline. He clearly has social anxiety disorder, and could stand to be on some meds. Zoloft would be a good start.

I've been in the Psychology game for a long time now, bro.

I hope to finish my degree very soon.......military notwithstanding.

I don't think it's as easy as just putting him on meds without first getting deeper in to his psyche' and figuring out the mechanics behind his behavioural mechanisms. People with borderline personality disorder are not always candidates for SSRI's like Zoloft and Paxil.......there are other factors at work here.

All I need is 5 or 10 minutes alone with the guy in order to understand his mentality.

Unfortunately, on here that virtually impossible.

That's the problem, we can't say for sure if his posts are indicative of his true nature. Good luck w/ the DualMajor, holmes. I would never do that, my first and only true love is Psychology........with Philosophy a distant 2nd.
